基于CFD的调距桨调距过程桨叶水动力性能研究

摘要:为了给调距机构的设计提供参考依据,该文采用数值方法对调距过程桨叶的水动力性能进行了研究.比较了凋距桨调距过程与定螺距流场数值模拟方法的差异,运用计算流体力学中的动网格技术数值模拟了调距桨调距过程的流场.为了满足动网格的要求和保证网格更新过程中桨叶附近高的网格质量,对计算区域作了特殊处理.进行调距过程数值计算之前,用敞水试验数据验证了3种定螺距情况下数值计算结果.调距过程数值计算通过自定义函数控制桨叶的运动规律.计算结果表明,正常调距过程桨叶水动力性能与定螺距情况相差较小,该结论与理论分析结果一致.
